About Us
Our Story
A builder that treats design and delivery as one craft.
Astoonix Constructions was founded to close the gap between a beautiful drawing and a building that still feels right years after handover. Too many projects lose detail between the studio, the estimate and the site. We built a company where those stages stay connected.
We work with homeowners, villa clients and commercial partners who want a single accountable team — architecture, construction, turnkey delivery and renovation — without the usual hand-offs and surprises.
The record
Experience
Years on site, projects handed over, and a team that stays with the drawing until the last finish.
Years
Architecture and construction held as one craft.
Projects
Homes, villas and commercial buildings delivered.
People
Architects, engineers and site leads on the same job.
Quality
Finishes checked against the drawing, not assumed.
Values
The principles that govern drawings, sites and client conversations.
Integrity
We say what we can deliver, then deliver it. Estimates, programmes and finishes are not sales tools — they are commitments.
Precision
Details survive from concept to site. Specifications, levels and junctions are checked, not assumed.
Partnership
Clients are kept inside the process. You see progress, costs and decisions while there is still time to choose well.
Expertise
Four capabilities, practised together so your project never splits into disconnected jobs.
