Begin with a Consultation

    We listen to the brief, visit or review the site, and understand budget, lifestyle and programme. This is where scope becomes honest.

  2. Planning

    Regulations, orientation, access and services are mapped so the design sits on real constraints, not wishful ones.

  3. Design

    Concepts, floor plans, elevations and 3D views are developed with you until the building feels right — and is ready to build.

  4. Estimation

    Quantities, materials and programme are priced with transparency, so you approve a number you can stand behind.

  5. Construction

    Site teams execute to drawing, with safety, sequencing and supervision that protect both quality and time.

  6. Quality Check

    Structure, services and finishes are inspected against specification before we talk about handover.

  7. Handover

    Keys, documentation and a walkthrough. The building you approved is the building you receive.
